The Drenova project is finished for the client Agency for Incentive Housing of the City of Rijeka. The project of the construction of several residential buildings in Donja Drenova in Rijeka is constructed by the program of Social Incentive Housing, abbreviated POS Drenova, and it includes the construction of four multi-residential constructions with a total of 80 apartments and access roads and parking spots and adapted surrounding greenery on the parcels.
Novotehna participated in the project as a contractor while the author of the design solution was Zoka Zola, the main designer Siniša Glušica, and the professional and calculative surveillance of the construction was performed by Fluming Ltd., Rijeka. The construction started on 17.09.2012 and moving in is expected in the spring of 2014.
