This is a production facility constructed in the work zone Kukuljanovo. It contains three buildings, a production plant, an administrative part and a part intended for storing energy sources of easily flammable liquids. The construction enabled the relocation of the complete production plant from the Industrial Street in Rijeka to the newly-built production plant. The facility has a complete infrastructure with a newly-built railroad connection with a loading and unloading area.
