The construction of the residential-business building in the town of Podmurvice in Rijeka with number of floors B+G+10-15 in four connected buildings with various numbers of floors where the basement and the ground floor are for business purposes. The building was constructed according to projects which with their indented multi-corner facades look like a harmonica. The specifics of the construction of the facade are the use of thermal-isolation plaster, which is among the first in this area.
