The building was constructed between two existing residential buildings in the city part of Rijeka (Potok), with number of floors B+G+9 with a residential-business-trade purpose. The specifics of the building are in the execution of the work under sea level with an application of a pilot for securing the stability of the foundations of the existing residential construction and for protection from sea water penetration.
