We are now starting the construction of the project APN Lovran for the client Agency of Legal Revenue and Mediation of Real Estate.
On March 4, at 11:30, the Minister of Construction and Spatial Planning Anka Mrak Taritaš placed a cornerstone on two double multi-residential buildings from the Program of Social Incentive Housing (POS). The buildings will be constructed on the address Odvojak Omladinske Ulice in the Lovran municipality.
Two multi-residential double buildings have a total of 16 apartments, a net useable surface of 1,175.40 m2. The building was designed by the company INO-ARH Ltd. from Opatija and surveillance was given to the company JURCON PROJEKT Ltd. from Zagreb.
